  1. Hi! I was diagnosed with pcos about 11 years ago, when I was 27. I was put on metformin, was told to eat no more than 30g of carbs a day, to lower my cholesterol, and to lose weight. That was it! I gained 25 lbs, got married, after having tried for 12 years to get pregnant, all the shots, procedures, dr visits, tests, pills, more tests, scans, and operations I gave up. My periods were irregular And when I did have them I was literally bed ridden for about 3 days. I got an ablation, and by accident I find this pill tonight that could have helped me and no one told me about it all those years. I’m very sad=(

  4. I truly wanted to make a small comment so as to say thanks to you for the very helpful guidelines you are sharing here. My considerable internet searching has at the end been honored with extremely good suggestions to exchange with my close friends. I feel really privileged to have encountered the web pages and look forward to so many more exciting moments reading here. Thank you once again for everything.

  5. I do have to concur that losing weight, especially a lot of it, makes you look rather older. My sister-in-law – at 50 – did the same thing as Mark and does look older. But it’s a small price to pay. She is much healthier now (and I imagine happier) and now does sports regularly with her children. She took a surf course with her kids last summer right after dropping the weight and often goes hiking. So many Americans are now overweight. I wish and hope that more people would find the motivation to start getting in shape.

  6. I can’t thank you enough for all your helpful suggestions and support! I am so grateful we found your website and for all your e-mails and all the articles 🙂 I don’t know anyone who does more for women with PCOS than you! I know I should be more active and keep up with the new research, but with all the things happening these last few years it has somehow slipped my mind, so I am so grateful that you are sharing your knowledge and doing that work for me! 🙂
