Vitamin C Lowers Sorbitol Levels

High doses of Vitamin C have been shown to lower levels of sorbitol (a type of sugar which is detrimental in vivo to the lens of the eye and can even cause cataracts and kidney damage).

1 g with each meal is recommended as a minimum dose.
